    After confirming the details, we take care of all the technical preparations:

    • Setting up microphones, speakers, and projectors to ensure clear sound and visuals.

    • Organising the live-streaming setup and providing a private, secure link for remote attendees.

    • Assisting with slideshow creation, including scanning and editing photos if needed.

  3. On-Site Setup & Testing

    Our team arrives early at the venue to set up all equipment and run final tests. We ensure everything is working perfectly before the service begins, so you don’t have to worry about technical issues.

  4. During the Service

While it may be tempting to take photos of old prints using a phone, this often results in:
